Quarterback · Mac Coming soon
A marketing department for one person.
Type a goal. “5,000 installs by January.” Claude plans it backwards from the number and forwards from the accounts you actually have, into two to four arcs with purposes by day and checkpoints with numbers. Then it watches the numbers with you and says what is off pace and why. It never posts for you.

What it does
Plans you can check, not posts you have to trust.
Goal in, plan out
Bottom-up: from the target backwards through the funnel with pessimistic rates and their basis. Top-down: from your accounts and followers to what is reachable by the deadline, and the gap.
Arcs and purposes
Two to four strategies, each a set of purposes placed on days: what a post must do, not yet what it says. Pick one and day 0 starts.
Drafts on request
Click a purpose and Claude writes the set of posts that serve it together. You edit, you post, from your own accounts.
Checkpoints with numbers
Minimum numbers by day. Record what came in; each checkpoint goes on track, behind or no data. Reassess diagnoses reach, place, message and offer separately before naming a cause.
Brand tree and problems
Brands, accounts, products, subdomains, in one tree. A Problems page lists what is structurally missing and what is off pace.
Your subscription, no API key
Runs Claude through the Claude Code login you already have. Nothing in Quarterback signs up, posts, likes or scrolls anywhere.
A real plan
The whole arc, with the arithmetic shown.

When
December 2026.
Quarterback runs our own launches between now and then. It ships when its plans have been right about our numbers for a few weeks, not before.
Requirements. macOS 14 Sonoma or later. Claude Code installed and signed in (Pro or Max). Your social accounts stay yours; Quarterback never logs into them.
One email, at launch
Tell me when Quarterback ships.
No newsletter, no reminders. The address goes nowhere else.

Questions
Questions
Who is this for?
Solo founders and one-person companies who have a number to hit and no marketing team. Quarterback is the planner and the scoreboard; you are still the one who posts.
Why doesn't it post for me?
Because the plan is the valuable part and posting is the part platforms ban automation for. Everything Quarterback produces is a draft you copy from your own hands.
Does it need an API key?
No. It runs Claude through the Claude Code login on your Mac, so the only bill is the subscription you already have.
